So I’m going to dump my pestering thought of the moment right here.
Of Jimi Hendrix, random rock star guy says “He’s astounding… he could play both a bassline and the melody at the same time!”
I say being able to do that is crucial of any traditional guitar player existing outside of the pop music sphere, so let’s not wet ourselves over something that’s actually quite common.

They finally sleep as morning comes, and as they lie next to each other I imagine that it must have been such a rare a beautiful feeling. To have the privilege of deliberating over something so lucid and absolute. To be placed so squarely in a position to help that the leap is no longer of faith but performed in absolute certainty. Like jumping from the end of the world without doubting for even a second that you can fly.
